1- Terms of Return and Exchange:

  • Requests for returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the order delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Discounted items (products on sale) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns or exchanges are applicable only for purchases made directly through our website.
  • In case of exchange: The customer bears the shipping cost twice (once for the return and once for shipping the new item).
  • In case of return: The customer bears the shipping cost only once for the return.

2- Return for Damaged or Defective Products:

  • Returns are accepted if the product is found damaged or defective within 30 days of order delivery.
  • A clear photo of the damaged product must be attached for the request to be reviewed and approved by the management.
  • The company will cover the shipping cost in this case.

3- Product Return Process:

Once the product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email or phone during business hours regarding the decision of approval or rejection.

If rejected:

  • If the product does not match the attached photo, it will be returned to the customer without a refund.
  • The customer will bear the shipping costs.
  • The customer has the right to refuse to receive the product.

If approved:

  • In Case of exchanges: The new product will be sent to the customer.
  • In Case of returns: The refund will be processed to the original payment method after deducting shipping costs.

4- Refund Process:

  • Cash payments: Refunds will be processed through InstaPay within 3 business days. Refunds will not be provided through delivery personnel.
  • Card payments: Refunds will be returned to the original card used for payment within 14 days.
