We only accept returns or exchanges if the order is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
-If you cancel your order before it has been shipped out (we ship within 1- 2 days from receiving your order), you will not be charged any cost.
-Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of your receipt or online order date for a refund.
-You will be responsible for the return shipping fees which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise .
-We will process the refund due to you within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products, or (if earlier) within 14 calendar days after the day you provide us with evidence that the products were returned to us. Where the products have not been delivered to you, we will process the refund within 14 calendar days after the day we were informed of your decision to cancel the order. Unless you expressly tell us otherwise, we will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay for the products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@jevancare.com and we will contact you.
