We only accept returns or exchanges if the order is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
-If you cancel your order before it has been shipped out (we ship within 1- 2 days from receiving your order), you will not be charged any cost.
-Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of your receipt or online order date for a refund.
-You will be responsible for the return shipping fees which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise .
-We will process the refund due to you within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products, or (if earlier) within 14 calendar days after the day you provide us with evidence that the products were returned to us. Where the products have not been delivered to you, we will process the refund within 14 calendar days after the day we were informed of your decision to cancel the order.
